Philips Phile’s Moira finds home for her curls at Salon Ciseaux

Salon Ciseaux was excited to welcome Moira from the famed and long-running radio show, “Philips Phile,” on the popular Real Talk Radio 104.1 FM. Moira is Jim Philips sidekick and has been with the show since 1994. Having complained on the air about having “trouble finding a curly hair salon in Orlando,” we at Salon Ciseaux saw this as an opportunity to prove that we are the salon she was looking for!
Cathy started the service by deep conditioning her hair to rehydrate her dry hair. After rinsing and applying Arc AnGel by DevaCurl, she allowed it dry in it’s natural curly state. At this time, Cathy consulted Moira about her needs and desires and gave her a Deva Curly girl cut! As you see from the photo, Moira was excited about the results and is anxious to try her new Deva care products!
