In the event that your regular stylist is not available, Salon Ciseaux will make all accommodations for your appointment to be moved to another team member to ensure that your service needs are met.

We always suggest booking your next appointment before you leave the salon. This will guarantee you the time and date that suits you best.

Salon Ciseaux is not responsible for any miscommunication or misrepresentation on the part of any client who books an appointment online or by phone or for any photos sent through text or emails for consultation purposes.

Salon Ciseaux reserves the right to refuse any client service due to any client miscommunication or representation.

Salon Ciseaux always welcomes well-behaved and supervised children. We will not be held responsible for your child’s safety. Any damage to our salon or equipment as a result of a child’s behavior will be the sole responsibility of the parents of the child.

We give a full refund on all unopened products. All sampled products will be exchanged.

All personal information given to us is private and protected.

All first time clients receiving an appointment longer than 1 hour will be expected to leave a credit card to ensure their appointment slot.

Cancellation Policy

If 24 hour notice is provided, no fee will be charged.

If Less than 24 hour notice is given, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows are included in this policy and will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not receive all of the services you were booked for.

We hope you understand the need for a cancelation policy. Cancellations and no-shows leave a space in our schedule that can’t be filled without timely notice. Our goal is to maintain availability for all.
